Offshore Ops’ roots started in South Africa in 2004 with the formation of the South African registered company Offshore Software Solutions (OSS). Paul Wartnaby, the Director of both OSS and Offshore Ops started working closely with the Terminal Management team in Durban, South Africa. As the products and services grew so did the need to branch out internationally. In 2012 Offshore Ops Ltd was registered in the UK and in 2020 in Singapore.
Offshore Ops Ltd has specialised in producing hardware and software solutions for the offshore loading and bunker operations. A full product range, ranging from offshore loading telemetry systems to professional asset maintenance software applications has enabled Offshore Ops to become a valued business partner with a host of leading international oil and shipping companies.

Offshore Software Solutions cc established in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
2012
Offshore Ops Ltd established in Hampshire, UK.
2017
Offshore Ops Ltd expands its UK premises.
2019
Offshore Ops Ltd expands and moves its UK office to a larger, purpose designed unit, including anti-static electrical room and modern sophisticated workshop.
2020
Offshore Ops Holdings Pte Ltd, Trading as Bunker Ops company established in Singapore.
PRESENT
Offshore Ops Ltd continues to innovate and build its product portfolio to produce reliable hardware and software, supporting offshore oil movements for Terminal and Bunker operations.
